We stand behind our craftsmanship and will make reasonable adjustments if you are not satisfied with the completed work. Please notify us within 7 days of picking up your garment if you have any concerns.
If you are not satisfied with the fit or workmanship, we will make adjustments at no additional charge, provided:
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that cannot be adjusted to meet your satisfaction. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.
Some alterations may not be reversible depending on the work performed. We will discuss this with you before beginning any work that may limit future adjustments.
We are not responsible for damage to garments that were already damaged, fragile, or beyond repair when brought to us. We will assess the condition of garments before beginning work.
